Springtime Crafting with Friends in the Garden: Wednesday, March 26th from 3:30 - 4:15pm
Come and join in on some springtime garden crafting fun! We will be making 3 garden inspired crafts in the Field Park gym on Wednesday, March 26th, one of which will be put on display in the Thomas Ford Memorial Library Youth Services windows for the month of April. All students from Kindergarten through 5th grade are invited to meet in the gym after school to craft and get back into the gardening vibe.
Please complete the short form to let us know if your gardener can attend by Tuesday, March 25th. We will turn off registration the night before the meeting so a list of attendees can be shared with each student's respective teachers and the school office.
If you have any questions or would like to confirm our receipt of the form, please email Alex Rose.
Thank you and we hope to see you on March 26th!
Monique Hamrah, Steve Maas and Alex Rose
Off the Street Club
We are collecting donations for Off the Street Club's Camp Closet. OTSC has a summer camp located in Wheaton, IL, and most kids do not have the means to arrive at camp with the essentials (think sheets, swimsuits, toothpaste, sunscreen, etc.). Therefore, the club has a closet at the camp full of our donations so that these deserving children can grab what they need and have the best summer camp experience possible!
CLICK HERE for the OTSC Camp Closet Amazon Wish list. Please note we also accept gently used items, which can be dropped off on the porch of 3910 Lawn Avenue.
Learn more about their summer camp HERE.
Please contact Charlotte Wegrzyn with any questions regarding OTSC.
