Parent Teacher Conferences will be held:

• Monday, November 20 (In-Person)

  • 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

  • 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

  • All sessions are 20 minutes

• Tuesday, November 21 (Virtual)

  • 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

  • 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

  • All sessions are 20 minutes

Again this year, Forest Hills will be using PTC Wizard, an online Parent Teacher Conference sign up system.

The scheduling window opens Wednesday, November 1 at 8:00 a.m. and closes on Friday, November 17 th at 12:00 pm.

Please refer to the instructions below to schedule your conference.

• Access PTC Wizard: https://foresthills.ptcwizard.com/parent/ when the window opens November 1 at 8:00 a.m., follow the wizard to complete your conference schedule.

• If you already have a login, you do not need to create a new account.

• You may change your conference times up until the window closes on November 17 at

  12:00 p.m.

If you have received notification that you need multiple staff members to sit in on your child’s conference please call to schedule through the office, not on the website.
