From the Nurse’s Office:
If family members experience a single symptom such as a headache or low grade fever please do not dismiss it as insignificant. Some positive COVID cases have been reported with just one symptom that lasts one or two days but the person is still contagious.
If a member of the household (parent, child or anyone else living in the house) is awaiting COVID test results and took the test because of a close contact exposure or because they, themselves are symptomatic PLEASE do not send your child to school. They should stay home until the testing is complete and results are received. All are welcomed back if the test is negative.
The presence of allergens in the air will be decreasing as the colder weather becomes more prevalent. Please be aware that the “allergen like” symptoms you experience may be COVID related and need to be attended to.
